Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted legal partner to the business, providing practical and commercially focused legal advice to teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft, negotiate and finalise contracts with customers and partners, supporting commercial outcomes and business growth.
- Ensure the organisation remains compliant with health and safety, procurement law, product safety, export control, and ethical business conduct.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage risk and deliver actionable legal solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working in a commercial legal environment, providing practical advice that supports business success while managing risk.
- Solid technical knowledge of relevant areas of law applicable to the aerospace & defence sector.
- Ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and simply to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of export control regulations preferred.
