Pertemps South Wales is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Sustaining to lead engineering projects in Clevedon.
This permanent, full-time, on-site role offers a salary of £60,000 to £63,000 per annum plus bonus, and focuses on product lifecycle management, obsolescence, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering projects and programmes.
- Manage project scope, budgets, risks and delivery plans.
- Drive obsolescence, product support and engineering change projects.
- Deliver cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.
- Provide project reporting, governance and stakeholder updates.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
- Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or similar).
- Experience leading complex engineering projects within manufacturing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, risks and delivery schedules.
- A good understanding of engineering change, product lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
- Preferable: Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Lean or Six Sigma experience.
- Experience within high‑tech or advanced manufacturing.

This is an on‑site role based in Clevedon, North Somerset, with occasional international travel.
