The Cell Coordinator AM/PM position with Pertemps Bristol Industrial, based in Clevedon, North Somerset, is a temporary full-time role paying £19.94–£21.68 per hour.
Working for Edwards Vacuum, you will coordinate SAP activities and manage process deviations within a manufacturing cell, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Shifts are AM (Monday–Thursday 06:00–14:15, Friday 06:00–11:30) or PM (Monday–Wednesday 14:30–00:30, Thursday 14:30–00:00).
You will receive 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with weekly or monthly pay options.
Own transport is essential.
Immediate start available, with gift card rewards after four months and one year of service.

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Cell Coordinator on behalf of Edwards Vacuum based in Clevedon.
The Cell Coordinator is responsible for coordinating SAP activities and managing deviations from standard processes within the manufacturing cell.
The role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, information and production activities, while supporting problem solving, quality, planning and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Engineering teams, you will help resolve material and system issues, support production planning and ensure manufacturing activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational & SAP Duties
- Release manufacturing orders in line with the master schedule
- Process and transact completed manufacturing orders
- Process material rejects and scrap
- Make material changes to manufacturing orders
- Process code conversions
- Log, retrieve and supply material shortages
- Liaise with Procurement regarding expected material availability
- Support Team Leaders with planning and resource allocation
- Print manufacturing documentation as required
- Accurately complete SAP transactions and production documentation
- Quality & Problem Solving
- Investigate and correct material and manufacturing order errors
- Investigate bill of material structure errors and support corrective actions
- Raise requests to correct product errors
- Investigate deviations from standard processes
- Identify root causes and propose corrective actions
- Complete quality checks when required
- Identify and report errors or discrepancies
- Scan, verify and label shipments accurately
- Produce reports to demonstrate cell performance
- General Responsibilities
- Work in line with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies
- Maintain 6S standards and safe working practices
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Work towards Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery KPIs
- Collaborate effectively with other departments
- Handle detailed information in a logical and organised manner

Skills & Experience

- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Understanding of manufacturing principles
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
