We are looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join a growing and reputable logistics business based in West Thurrock.

This varied role will involve a mix of multi-drop deliveries, trunk runs to Felixstowe, and project-based deliveries to hotels across London and the M25 corridor.

Typically, you''ll complete 4-5 deliveries per day, operating a Category C vehicle up to 18 tonnes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete multi-drop and trunking deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver to locations across London, including UB8, UB3 and NW10.
  • Secure loads using ratchet straps and load restraint equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading where required.
  • Carry out hotel project deliveries, including collection and return of equipment.
  • Wait on-site during hotel project work while goods are unloaded or utilised.
  • Complete vehicle checks and delivery paperwork accurately.

Requirements

  • Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence. Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Previous experience as a Class 2 Driver, HGV Driver, or Delivery Driver.
  • Experience securing and strapping loads.
  • Good knowledge of London and M25 routes.
  • Reliable, professional and a strong team player.
  • Comfortable managing a variety of delivery types and routes.

Hours: Monday to Friday. Start times between 08:00 and 09:00. Finish approximately 17:00. Salary: £32,000 per annum.
