Qualifications
- NQ solicitor or equivalent with credit hire experience.
- Sound understanding of the civil litigation process and strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Confidence managing own caseload or ready to take the next step with support of the team.
- Organised, commercially aware, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience of motor claims, personal injury or insurance litigation is advantageous.
