Working for a specialist plumbing, electrical, and HVAC firm with a twelve-engineer team, you will manage projects in prestigious properties, ensuring exceptional workmanship and client care.
This permanent role offers a salary between £42,000 and £48,000 per annum. You will hold full responsibility for your workload, from initial diagnostics to final completion, demanding strong attention to detail and a professional manner. Travel between sites is required, with a focus on premium residences throughout the capital.

The Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPMs, fault finding, repairs and general electrical maintenance across a portfolio of luxury residential and retail properties. The role will involve working directly within prestigious homes, so a professional manner, strong communication skills and a high standard of workmanship are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs
- Fault finding and diagnostics across domestic electrical systems
- Maintenance and repair of lighting systems, power circuits and electrical accessories
- Testing and inspection of electrical installations
- Carrying out remedial works and identifying potential electrical faults
- Maintenance of distribution boards, consumer units and associated electrical equipment
- Carrying out emergency lighting and general lighting maintenance
- Working on small electrical installation and alteration projects
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required electrical standards
- Maintaining accurate service records and reporting on works completed
- Liaising professionally with clients and other contractors while working within high-end residential properties
- Supporting the wider engineering team where required
Package and Benefits
- Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 depending on experience
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Travel / Working Hours: 1 hour each way given for travel time
