Corporate Solicitor – Cheltenham
Permanent position at Amida with an annual salary of £50,000 to £65,000, depending on experience.
Work arrangement: Hybrid pattern with a minimum of three days per week in the Cheltenham office.
Responsibilities
- Handle acquisitions, business sales, equities and investments.
- Draft and negotiate the full suite of transactional documents, commercial contracts and shareholders’ agreements.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, structuring and other transactional matters.
- Manage a busy caseload within an autonomous, collaborative culture.
- Network and attend business events to support the firm’s brand and development.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years PQE in England and Wales.
- Live within commutable distance to Cheltenham.
- Strong commercial and pragmatic thinking.
- Collaborative mindset with a good sense of humour.
- Experience across acquisitions, disposals and corporate governance.
