Key experience required:
- Strong background in HV substation design and delivery
- Experience in EPC / turnkey infrastructure environments
- Leading multi-discipline engineering design teams (UK + offshore delivery models)
- Delivery through detailed design into construction support
- Strong understanding of construction interfaces, commissioning, and site delivery
- Experience working with UK utility clients and technical approval processes
- Ability to manage programme, cost, change, and reporting
- Coordination of procurement, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers
