As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will work in Castleford on a temporary basis with a temp-to-permanent pathway.

- Loading and unloading palletised goods (60%) – safely handling palletised goods in a fast-paced environment.
- FLT operation – moving stock efficiently across the yard and warehouse.
- Yard and shunting duties – supporting vehicle movements and keeping the yard organised.
- General warehouse tasks – assisting with daily site operations and manual handling.
- Shift Pattern
4 on / 4 off rotation. Day shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
