RGB Recruitment seeks a Structural Revit Technician for a Cardiff-based engineering consultancy.

This full-time position offers £35,000 to £50,000 annually, plus hybrid working and healthcare benefits.

You will produce detailed drawings and models across building structures, supporting senior engineers on projects spanning schools, hospitals, and local authority schemes worth up to £100 million.

Proficiency in Revit Structure is essential, alongside prior experience in building structures.

Working patterns blend office and remote days, with collaboration central to the role.

Projects come from various sectors and range up to £100, they include: Local schools Hospitals Healthcare facilities Local authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Detailed drawing and modelling duties on building structures from a range of sectors
  • Working closely with and supporting senior engineers
  • Using Revit Structure
  • Obtaining a good understanding of issues on site and devising and providing solutions
  • Communicating with contractors, architects and engineers
  • Assisting in the development of junior technicians and engineers
  • Keeping your skills with emerging software and design practices up to date through CPD
  • Using your knowledge of the design process to assist in the delivery of projects
