The Real Estate / Property Solicitor role is a permanent, full‑time position based in Cardiff. It offers a salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience, with a hybrid working arrangement that requires only two days per week in the office.
Role
As a Real Estate / Property Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of residential, commercial and buy‑to‑let property matters, providing exceptional client service throughout every stage of each transaction. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, broaden your expertise, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor status with a relevant law degree and necessary legal qualifications.
- Previous experience in residential, commercial and/or buy‑to‑let property law.
- Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage a busy caseload.
- A proactive approach and genuine passion for property law.
- Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a supportive team.
