The Role
You''ll lead cost management and contract administration services across a varied portfolio of projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing high-value construction projects through all project stages.
- Providing Cost Management, Employer''s Agent and Contract Administration services.
- Administering NEC and JCT contracts.
- Managing budgets, cost reporting and change control.
- Producing clear commercial reports and client updates.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development and work-winning activities.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members.
About You
- MRICS qualified.
- Proven consultancy-based Cost Management / Quantity Surveying experience.
- Strong Employer''s Agent and Contract Administration background.
- Sound knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering complex projects and managing multiple priorities.
