Role Details
Class 1 Driver – Days, Contract: Temp to Perm, Salary: up to £16.83 per hour (currently £16.38).
Full‑time: Mon‑Fri, 07:30 start, 10‑12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to a range of customer sites, typically 12–14 drops across East Anglia, plus one collection.
- Safely operate the vehicle and adhere to business safety standards.
- Use pallet truck for unloading pallets when no forklift is available.
- Operate handheld scanner and complete required paperwork.
- Perform vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with VOSA.
Requirements
- Valid Class1 HGV licence (HGV1), Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
- No more than six penalty points on licence; no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
- Multidrop delivery experience.
- Excellent knowledge of UK road network.
- ADR endorsement preferred but not mandatory.
- Can‑do attitude, physical fitness for handballing and pallet truck use.
