Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver (C+E) – Nights – Bury St Edmunds. Pay: £18.89 per hour, rising to £28.34 per hour for overtime and weekends. Immediate start. Night Bonus - £20 per shift. Performance Bonus of up to £1000 every 6 months.
The Role
As a Class 1 ADR Driver, you’ll be responsible for:
- Depot-to-depot trunking deliveries
- Refuelling at refinery sites
- Safe and compliant transportation of hazardous goods
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and road safety
Start times: Between 3:00pm and 5:00pm
Available Shift Patterns:
- Tuesday - Saturday
- Thursday - Monday
Pay and Benefits
- £18.89 per hour
- £28.34 per hour after 42.5 hours per week and for all weekend shifts
- PAYE employment
- 28 days paid holiday per year
- Night Bonus - £20 per shift
- Performance Bonus of up to £1000 every 6 months
- Dedicated Manpower consultant providing ongoing support
- Long-term assignment with a nationally recognised employer
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Current ADR Class 2 in Tanks qualification
- Valid Driver CPC Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years'' HGV driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No DD or DR convictions
- Previous trunking or fuel delivery experience would be advantageous but is not essential
This role is expected to run until approximately April 2027 (weather dependant), after which requirements will be reviewed.
