As a Technology Concierge Depot Engineer in Burgess Hill, you will support a FTSE 100 credit card company's global workforce by managing technology deployments and ensuring seamless experiences for colleagues. This temporary role spans 12 months with 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, configuring, and dispatching hardware such as laptops and peripherals from the depot, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance digital workplace capabilities.
- All aspects of asset management (device returns, disposal, audit etc).
- Imaging of Windows/Apple devices to American Express spec.
- Providing supply of laptops/accessories across all American Express buildings in the UK.
- Receiving stock deliveries, lifting and storing stock.
- Sending out peripherals to colleagues working from home.
- Working closely with all Technology Concierges and covering demand for device/peripherals.
