Bulk Operative / FLT Driver - Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a hardworking and reliable Bulk Operative to join a busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering long‑term career prospects within a well‑established business.
Key Responsibilities for this Bulk Operative / FLT Driver:
- Picking and processing approximately 600-700 labelled bags per shift
- Manual handling of products ranging from 1.5kg to 25kg
- Operating within a fast‑paced warehouse environment
- Completing computer‑based stock processing and administration tasks
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and health & safety
Shift Pattern for this Bulk Operative / FLT Driver role:
- Sunday: 15:30 - 20:30
- Monday to Thursday: 17:00 - 01:00
- 30‑minute unpaid break
Pay Rate for this Bulk Operative / FLT Driver role:
- £13.82 per hour
Essential Requirements for this Bulk Operative / FLT Driver:
- Valid Counterbalance (CB) Licence
- Valid Reach Truck Licence
- Valid VNA Licence
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
