This is an excellent opportunity for an Assoc RICS or MRICS qualified surveyor with experience in residential property surveying and valuation to join a specialist practice and work across a varied residential property portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out residential property inspections, preparing professional reports and valuations, and providing clients with clear and practical advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out residential property inspections and surveys.
- Preparing detailed and professional residential survey reports.
- Undertaking residential property valuations.
- Identifying and reporting on property defects and condition issues.
- Providing clients with clear, professional advice on property condition and value.
- Producing accurate and well-presented reports in line with relevant RICS standards.

About You
- Assoc RICS or MRICS accreditation.
- Previous experience in residential surveying and/or property valuation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and client-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to residential properties across the North East.
