Working Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:00 and Friday from 07:30 to 13:00, this position involves booking and logging jobs onto internal systems, raising quotes, and processing pro-forma invoices.
Key responsibilities include making data amendments to existing jobs, chasing spare parts, and supporting department managers.
The role also requires raising purchase orders, answering telephone enquiries from external customers and suppliers, and covering reception when necessary.

Key responsibilities
- Booking/logging jobs & orders onto system
- Raising/chasing quotes from customers/suppliers
- Raising/chasing pro-forma invoices
- Making general data changes to jobs already on the system
- Chasing spares as required
- Support the department managers
- Raising Po’s
- Cover for reception when required
- Answering the telephone and speaking to external customers and suppliers
- Revisiting jobs already on the system and making adjustments/amendments when required to items such as price, quantity etc should the job change
- Any other ad-hoc jobs as required
About You
- Must be IT literate
- Must be comfortable speaking to internal and external stakeholders on the telephone
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Will be using EMIR system Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must be confident to ask questions when unsure of how to do something
- Must be flexible to work additional hours if needed
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications/Experience
- GCSE Level 6-9 in English & Maths
- Previous office experience desirable
