Telesales Agent – Bristol
We are looking for a confident, driven Telesales Agent to join our established business in Bristol. The role involves prospecting new businesses, making outbound sales calls, building relationships and promoting tailored advertising and marketing solutions.
Working Hours
- Mon – Thu: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Fri: 8:00am – 2:00pm (early finish)
Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact new businesses.
- Make a mix of warm and cold outbound sales calls.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote tailored advertising and marketing solutions.
- Manage your pipeline using the CRM system.
- Work towards targets, maximizing bonus opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous telesales, telemarketing, sales or customer service experience.
- Confident, enthusiastic telephone manner.
- Proactive approach and drive to succeed.
- Experience selling advertising space is a bonus.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

- £30,000 – £35,000 base salary.
- Uncapped monthly bonus.
- Early finish every Friday.
