Pay: £14.19 per hour
Hours: Full Time | Rotating Shifts 5 days on 2 days off including weekends
Shift times: 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm (rotating)
Start date: Immediate | Commitment Until July or September
Shift Pattern: Full-time hours. Rotating 2:00pm – 10:00pm / 7:00am – 3:00pm, 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities- Play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment for students.
- Manage and distribute parcels and deliveries.
- Carry out regular building patrols.
- Respond appropriately to fire alarms and safety procedures.
- Meet and greet students, visitors, and contractors.
- Handle student enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide excellent front-of-house customer service.
- Support the onsite team with day-to-day operations.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability with strong timekeeping.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
