Pertemps Bristol Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Person for a full-time, ongoing role in Bristol.
This position involves ensuring a busy student accommodation site remains safe and functional.
Immediate start available.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the building, including doors, handles, locks, furniture, fittings and fixtures.
- Replace light bulbs and complete basic electrical repairs.
- Undertake minor plumbing tasks, such as fixing taps and unblocking drains.
- Paint touch-ups and minor decorating as required.
- Inspect appliances and report faults; ensure rooms and communal areas meet health and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from the site team and support preparing accommodation for residents.
