Overview
Pertemps Banbury is seeking a full time, ongoing temporary administrator to support a well established client in a construction environment between Bicester and Aylesbury.
The role offers £13.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a minimum expected duration of three months.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the site and office teams.
- Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to email enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.
- Process orders.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other documentation.
- File and organise site paperwork.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
