Overview
The Student Experience Team Member role in Heaton is a full-time, temporary position with a salary of £13.77 per hour.
Working 37.5 hours across 5 out of 7 days, you will collaborate with housekeeping, facilities, and caretaker teams to maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to deliver excellent customer service and apply the CARE framework (Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage).
- Build strong relationships with students; listen to their needs, direct them to appropriate support, respond to feedback, resolve issues, or escalate concerns as needed.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and ways of working; adhere to health, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Support sales by handling enquiries, conducting in-person and virtual viewings, and promoting accommodation at events.
- Help Resident Ambassadors build an engaging student community through events.
- Keep the property clean, tidy, and well maintained.
- Manage post and parcels accurately according to procedures.
- Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to environmental goals.
