Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault-finding, and repairs on BMS systems across commercial and retail sites.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with BMS panels, field controllers, sensors, actuators, and associated control equipment.
- Work confidently with Schneider BMS systems, including identifying software, hardware, and communication faults.
- Attend client sites to investigate system performance issues and ensure plant is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Complete small works, remedial tasks, upgrades, and modifications to existing BMS installations where required.
- Liaise with clients, facilities managers, and internal teams to provide clear updates and professional technical support.
- Produce service reports, document works completed, and highlight any recommended follow-up actions.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety standards, company procedures, and client requirements.
