You will operate a Very Narrow Aisle truck within a modern distribution centre, focusing on the safe storage and replenishment of pharmaceutical products.
Key duties include putting away inbound stock, replenishing picking locations, and maintaining stringent safety and compliance standards.
The position offers fixed shift patterns: 06:00-14:00, 15:00-23:00, or 22:00-06:00.
About the Role
We are recruiting experienced VNA Drivers to join a leading logistics and distribution company specialising in the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Working within a modern, fast‑paced distribution centre, you will play a key role in ensuring products are stored, picked, and replenished accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Put away inbound stock into designated warehouse locations.
- Replenish picking locations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
- Load and unload vehicles as required.
- Carry out stock movements, inventory checks, and cycle counts.
- Ensure products are handled in accordance with pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Report damaged stock, shortages, or discrepancies promptly.
Skills & Experience
- Valid and accredited VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating a VNA truck within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced logistics operation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work towards productivity and quality targets.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
