We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Marketplace Administrator to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone with solid administrative experience who is looking for a stable, long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day administration of online marketplaces, including e Bay and Amazon.
  • Processing customer orders and updating marketplace systems.
  • Responding to B2B and B2C customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Building relationships with restaurant and pub owners, customers, and courier companies.
  • Coordinating deliveries and resolving courier queries.
  • Packing and dispatching customer orders.
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.

About You

  • Solid experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Confidence using computer systems and learning new software.
  • Experience with online marketplaces such as e Bay, Amazon, or similar platforms is desirable but not essential.
  • The ability to speak Punjabi would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the team with packing and dispatch duties when required.
