Location: Birmingham Contract: 6-12 Months (Potential Extension) Rate: Competitive
Ethos Engineering is seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery of major data centre, pharmaceutical, commercial and mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Commission and test Building Management Systems (BMS).
Complete point-to-point, I/O, and functional testing.
Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues.
Work closely with project teams to ensure successful system handover.
Produce commissioning documentation and reports.
Requirements
Proven BMS commissioning experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS systems.
Experience with platforms such as Trend, Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, Tridium Niagara, Delta, or Distech is desirable.
Excellent fault-finding and communication skills.
Full driving licence.
