You will join a respected Building Services consultancy in London as a full-time BIM Technician earning £40,000 per annum.
Your role involves producing and coordinating high-quality MEP Revit models across healthcare, education, commercial, residential and leisure projects from concept to construction.
You will strengthen your coordination skills while working alongside experienced engineers and BIM professionals and support long-term career development within digital engineering.
Responsibilities
- Produce and coordinate high-quality MEP Revit models across multiple projects.
- Set up and maintain project models, views, sheets, worksets and templates.
- Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
- Work closely with mechanical, electrical, public health, architectural and structural teams to ensure coordinated project delivery.
- Assist with BIM Execution Plans and digital delivery processes.
- Participate in internal and client design coordination meetings.
- Support BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows and information management.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in BIM standards and best practice.
Qualifications
- Experience using Autodesk Revit within a Building Services or MEP environment.
- Previous experience as a BIM Technician, Revit Technician or MEP CAD/BIM professional.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and UK construction project workflows.
- Experience using Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
- Familiarity with BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
