You will own a varied programme of wellness-led activities, from weekly classes and workshops to larger retreats and community gatherings. The Opportunity
You will play a key role in curating and delivering a diverse calendar of wellness-led events, from weekly classes and workshops through to larger retreats and community gatherings. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver a schedule of wellness events, classes, and retreats
- Liaise with external practitioners, instructors, and local suppliers to curate high-quality experiences
- Manage all event logistics including bookings, scheduling, and on-the-day coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for guest enquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Support the promotion of events through digital platforms and on-site marketing to drive engagement and attendance
About You
- Previous experience within events, hospitality, or community-led programming
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- A confident communicator with a warm and approachable manner
