The successful candidate will advise a portfolio of corporate clients on the full range of UK immigration matters, providing clear, practical and solution-focused guidance. The Role: The Immigration Solicitor will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Take proactive ownership of a portfolio of clients, overseeing the end-to-end immigration process and ensuring a consistently high level of service. Ensure full compliance with UK immigration legislation, regulations and procedural requirements. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring agreed service standards are consistently achieved. Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, providing clear, commercially focused immigration guidance. Take responsibility for engagement budgets, financial performance and profitability. Lead and oversee complex and high-profile/VIP immigration cases. Identify and pursue business development opportunities, supporting the growth of existing client relationships and developing new business. Help develop, mentor and lead a high-performing team of immigration specialists and associates. Drive robust risk-management and compliance checks for both new and existing clients. The Person: UK-qualified lawyer with extensive knowledge of UK immigration law. Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration legislation and practice. Knowledge or experience of international legal systems and EU legislation would be advantageous. Willingness and flexibility to travel when required.
