We’re looking for a proactive On-Site Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of high-volume parcel sorters for a seasonal peak contract based in Atherstone.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary on-site contact for ensuring delivery and fulfilment of planned workers v forecasted demand
- Workforce planning of shifts across a 7 day profile
- Build and maintain strong relationships with on site management teams
- Producing reports on staffing levels, performance, and costs for both client and agency stakeholders
- Attendance on daily client calls to deliver fulfilment numbers, understand demand changes
- Implement strategies in a fast-moving environment to meet client demands
- Coaching and developing on-site recruitment team, working against strict KPIs and fulfilment quotas
- Ensure all processes to capture working hours are appropriately logged and authorised to meet weekly payroll deadline.

- Proven experience in on-site recruitment management, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
