Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a Senior Architectural Technologist with project delivery across a varied portfolio.
- Producing technical drawings and detailed design information.
- Working predominantly on refurbishment and improvement projects.
- Developing practical design solutions around existing buildings.
- Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
- Attending site visits, meetings and inspections.
- Undertaking measured surveys where required.
- Working across projects from design through to technical delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous UK practice experience essential.
- Strong technical and detailing ability.
- Revit experience preferred.
- Experience within refurbishment would be beneficial but isn't essential.
