About the role
Our client is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Outbound Appointment Setter based in Shirley.
This hybrid role requires 25 hours per week at £12.71 per hour plus bonus incentives for exceeding performance targets.
The position may become permanent after a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads by telephone to discuss hearing care enquiries.
- Build trust and rapport quickly to create positive customer experiences.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Confidently overcome objections and encourage customers to book a free hearing assessment.
- Accurately record all customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Meet agreed productivity, quality and compliance standards.
- Deliver professional, empathetic customer service on every call.
- Manage workload effectively while working independently from home.
- Performance Expectations
- Make around 40‑50 quality outbound calls per hour.
- Book an average of 2 appointments per hour.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and accurate CRM records.
- Consistently achieve agreed productivity, quality and attendance targets.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working from home.
- Appointment‑setting experience.
- Contact centre experience within a performance‑driven environment.
- Experience speaking with older customers or working within a healthcare setting.
