This role is for an Agricultural Property Solicitor based in Worcestershire, working full-time on a salary dependent on experience. You will join a nationally recognised agriculture and estates team, advising on high-value rural property transactions and strategic land matters.
Day-to-day responsibilities include handling sales, acquisitions, and tenancy agreements for farming businesses, landed estates, and rural enterprises. The position demands a solicitor with NQ+ PQE and strong technical knowledge of property law within the agricultural sector. An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a leading agriculture & estates team in East Anglia. You will advise a diverse client base including farming businesses, landed estates, rural enterprises and specialist lenders on a broad range of rural property matters. Your caseload will include high-value farm sales and acquisitions, estate and portfolio management, agricultural tenancies, secured lending, strategic land transactions, renewable energy projects and natural capital matters.
You will work closely with a wider national team recognised for its expertise within the agricultural sector and will be encouraged to develop strong client relationships and participate in networking and business development initiatives.
Applications are sought from NQ Solicitors within property law. Previous experience of rural property or agricultural matters would be advantageous, although candidates with a strong commercial property background and an interest in the agricultural sector are encouraged to apply. You will possess excellent technical and drafting skills, strong commercial awareness and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
