Job Summary
Temporary Administrator – Homelessness Services.
Full‑time, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 6‑month initial term with possible extension.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and process utility bills and associated payment requests.
- Maintain accurate records and update spreadsheets.
- Contact customers and suppliers via email and telephone.
- Carry out welfare checks and support appointment bookings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to manage own workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Quick learner of new processes and systems.
- Additional Requirements
A Basic Disclosure check is required. The £25 fee is payable by the successful candidate.
