  • You won’t be doing this alone of course. You’ll team up with our Fractional Marketing Director and a bunch of clever humans across marketing, tech, learning, and talent.

Your mission:

  • Take warm-ish leads and make them actually exciting
  • Build relationships that don’t feel like sales-y nonsense
  • Understand what’s keeping organisations up at night
  • Show them how Jam Pan can fix it (in a smart, non-boring way)
  • Guide deals from “hello” → “proposal” → “let’s do this”
