We're looking for academically strong graduates who enjoy technology, solving problems and understanding how software systems operate. What we're looking for: Graduate Technical Support Engineer * First Class or 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related STEM discipline. * Good understanding of software applications, operating systems and IT fundamentals. * Some programming knowledge, ideally C#, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. * Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn.
