We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Leader with strong leadership skills to join our clients Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- PMO Leadership: Lead and manage the Project Management Office, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
- Governance: Develop and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to standards, compliance, and best practices.
- UCaaS and Managed Services Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of UCaaS and Managed Services to provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Project Management: Drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support project objectives and priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the PMO and across projects, driving efficiencies and enhancing overall effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting project status, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on UCaaS and Managed Services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
- Experience developing and implementing project governance frameworks.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a complex, matrixed organisation.
