Due to our clients continued expansion they are looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to work within our Operations team. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for monitoring key services and applications of our infrastructure within the global Network Operations Centre at our HQ in Bracknell. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technology incidents from alert to root cause resolution
- Use industry leading tools e.g. OpsView & Splunk to create alerts and troubleshoot
- Escalate and track unresolved alerts/incidents to the appropriate teams to ensure customers SLAs are adhered to, maintaining ownership throughout
- Flexibility to work internationally is a must as this role requires travel to other company offices globally, and some out of hours work is also required
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM, Computer Science or related subject
- Good experience in a commercial infrastructure support role e.g. NOC
- Experience of troubleshooting technical issues, keen to learn and progress
- Experience in a customer or B2B supply chain facing role which includes networking, server and/or application support
- Follow, maintain and improve standard operating procedures
