You will typically provide support to 3 separate packages of care, working with each team on a weekly basis. This position involves providing one-to-one support to a range of clients across the West Midlands region. You will typically work 12-hour shifts with a single client.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 6 months complex care experience, including airway management, assisted PEG feeding, and bowel and bladder management. You’ll also need your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence due to the travel required in this role. It is expected that travel for this role will usually be less than one hour in most cases. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
