About the Role

JAM CARE is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to care for a client with complex needs in their own home in Whitchurch. You will be supporting an adult with learning disabilities, delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a real difference in someone’s life.

Minimum requirement: 6 months’ care experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months’ care experience
  • Experience working in the community (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Good understanding of care plans and their implementation
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic IT skills for care documentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A compassionate, caring, and professional approach
