About the Role: JAM CARE is recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support an adult with complex needs in their own home in Condover, Shrewsbury. The role involves providing personal care, supporting with toileting, and administering medication. The client enjoys cars, so we are looking for someone positive, engaging, and able to build a strong rapport. You will work one-to-one with the service user to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months’ care experience.
