JAM CARE is recruiting for compassionate and dedicated care staff to join our bank of flexible carers, supporting our complex clients in their own home. As part of the Bank team you will provide assistance and support to our client helping them with all aspects of care, daily activities and emotional support. Previous experience working 1:1 in a client's own home is preferable.

JAM Care support packages across the West Midlands Region, in Shrewsbury, Stafford, Telford, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Birmingham, Stafford & Stoke On Trent. With work available in these areas we are looking for flexible workers, who can support on both ad-hoc and long term opportunities where appropriate.

The reward:

  • £13.00- £15.00 per hour (shift type dependent)
  • Flexible Hours/ Shifts
  • In house induction course
  • 24 Hour on call support

What you'll need as a Carer/ Support Worker:

  • A valid right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK in a complex care setting
  • UK Driving licence + access to a car (or a way to get to and from work).
  • Excellent communication skills.

Please note that at JAM CARE you will generally be working with one service user in the community for the duration of each shift.
