About the Role
JAM CARE is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to support a client with complex needs in their own home in Oswestry. You will be supporting an adult with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy, delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
