About the Role

JAM CARE is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to support a client with complex needs in their own home in Oswestry. You will be supporting an adult with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy, delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a real difference in someone’s life.

Minimum requirement: 6 months’ care experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months’ care experience
