About the Role

JAM CARE is seeking compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants to provide one-to-one support to a client in their own home. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, supporting with daily living activities, personal care, and emotional wellbeing. You will play a key role in building a strong, trusting relationship with the client, ensuring consistency and professionalism at all times. Previous one-to-one home care experience is beneficial but not essential. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have a minimum of 6 months’ UK care experience.

Important: You must be comfortable driving the client’s adapted vehicle (a small transit van) to support their social activities.
