Shifts Available:

  • 08.00am to 20.00pm (12 hour day)
  • 20.00pm to 08.00am (12 hour night)

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to support a client in their own home in Newcastle Under Lyme. This is a care role focused on delivering high-quality, person-centered support as part of a team. You will support with daily living tasks, personal care, and emotional reassurance, ensuring the client’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times. The client has complex health needs and requires support with both physical and emotional care. You will assist in managing anxiety and provide support with mobility, including safe moving and handling. Personal care tasks will be required, including the use of specialist equipment and support with ongoing clinical needs.

Duties include:

  • Providing full personal care
  • Supporting daily routines and activities
  • Providing epilepsy management
  • Delivering consistent, person-centred care
  • Monitoring wellbeing and promoting safety
  • Offering emotional support and reassurance

You will work as part of a support package, ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality care at all times.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum 6 months’ UK care experience
