About the Role: As Bar Support, you’ll play a key part in the smooth running of our bar service—keeping things clean, organised, and fully stocked so our bartenders can focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll help with opening and closing duties, including stocking garnishes, glassware, and towels, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and ensuring the bar is always ready for service. During busy shifts, you’ll keep drinks flowing by replenishing ice, preparing simple orders, and supporting table service when required.
