This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Greater London. The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring exceptional service and consistent communication. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing client relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating design and production processes, ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborating with internal teams to successfully deliver bespoke garment solutions. The role will also involve identifying business opportunities and maintaining the company's high standards of client service.
Qualifications
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Project coordination and ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards effectively
- Generate new and repeat orders from existing client base
- Liaise closely and work with clients on repeat orders, finalising quotes and obtaining Purchase Orders
- Ensure prices and minimums are accurate on quotes and client POs received
- Work closely with production to monitor delivery dates to manage client expectations
- Co-ordinate measuring/fittings sessions with clients
- Generate customer orders and delivery notes in specialist software (Zedonk)
- Familiarity with garment production processes, design elements, or experience in the fashion or hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working in a client-focused or service-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Ability to work on-site in Greater London and a willingness to collaborate closely with a creative team
