The Role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team on a 12-month part time fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. Part-time hours can be flexible, must be a minimum of 4 days per week over 20 hours.
This role will play a critical part in driving recruitment across our business units and supporting our growth plans across Europe.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles (e.g. tech, digital, marketing, sales, client services) while ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience. This is a fully remote role with flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles across EMEA (from briefing through to offer stage)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define hiring criteria, and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal networks, and proactive headhunting
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing high-quality shortlists and managing feedback loops
- Support with offer negotiations and contract coordination in partnership with HR
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, maintaining accurate records in our ATS
- Champion an inclusive recruitment process that reflects JAKALA’s values and commitment to DEI
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, candidate experience improvements, and recruitment process optimisation
About You
- 2+ years experience in in-house or agency recruitment, ideally across tech, digital, data, and marketing roles
- Previous experience hiring across European markets
- Familiarity with the MarTech, Tech or digital agency landscape
- Proactive and self-sufficient, this is a standalone role making it crucial this person has the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence and guide hiring managers
- Confident in using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Organised, data-driven, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Passionate about candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices
