For our digital & media division, we are looking for brilliant candidates that are enthusiastic about digital marketing to join our media team in our London office as a Senior Media Executive to be a part of this exciting growth phase. The Role
As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will manage and optimize international campaigns across Search and Social channels for clients in diverse industries. You will work closely with Media Managers and the Media Director on onboarding new clients, building strategies, and driving measurable results. This role is designed to give you the skills and exposure to progress into a Junior Media Manager role.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with Media Managers and Directors to design campaign structures across Search (Google & Microsoft Ads) and Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, etc.) platforms. Hands-on management of campaign creation, ad copy and creative strategy & optimisation.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyse KPIs to uncover insights and guide optimizations. Deliver timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with both agency stakeholders and clients to ensure that all account & campaign strategies are delivered. Share clear updates on campaign results and project progress.
- Financial & Process Management: Meet client and internal deadlines while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during campaign delivery.
- Industry Insights & Growth: Stay on top of the latest media, platform, and industry trends and share with clients and the team. Contribute to new business efforts by preparing presentations and supporting pitches.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social (travel, retail, or financial services a plus).
- Experience working on medium-to-large budgets and accounts.
- Proficiency with Google Ads (Google certifications a plus), Facebook Ads (Blueprint a plus), Excel (VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables), plus strong PowerPoint/Word skills.
- Bonus: basic HTML or SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and collaborating across teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives under pressure.
- Passionate about digital media and committed to building a career in digital marketing.
- Fluency in English is a must and a second European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Scandinavian languages, etc.) is highly desirable due to the international nature of the accounts.
